Meet Joe! He helped to raise awareness of "Get Silent. Get Heard." by breaking the world record of running between Brisbane and Sydney - all whilst doing it completely silent!
On June 1, Joe began his journey at King George Sq in Brisbane and ran over two marathons a day, every day, until he reached the steps of the Sydney Opera House on June 12 - the day before "Get Silent. Get Heard." kicked off.
Why did Joe do it? Well, he wants to tell the blokes of Australia to speak up when they’re going through a tough time. We all go through ups and downs, and the best way to get through those times is with the help and support of the people around us. But, for that to happen, we need to tell people how we’re feeling first!
